The Senior Recruiter for G&A/People functions will own full-cycle recruiting, partnering closely with leaders to define hiring strategies and attract exceptional talent. This role requires collaboration with hiring managers to establish role requirements, interview strategies, and candidate profiles, ensuring a seamless and engaging candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for People and G&A functions.
  • Partner closely with hiring leaders to define role requirements and interview strategies.
  • Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to attract high-quality and diverse talent.
  • Manage multiple concurrent searches while maintaining a high bar for candidate quality and experience.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers by providing market insights and talent pipeline updates.
  • Use recruiting data and pipeline metrics to improve hiring outcomes and speed.
  • Collaborate with compensation and HR business partners to develop fair and competitive offers.
  • Ensure accurate ATS management and structured hiring practices.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion while recruiting for sensitive organizational functions.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
  • Experience hiring for G&A and People functions (Finance, Legal, HR, Corporate Operations).
  • Strong relationship-building skills with hiring managers.
  • Ability to use recruiting data and market insights to influence hiring strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong attention to detail while managing multiple searches.
  • Professionalism in handling sensitive searches.
