We are seeking a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for executive roles within our organization. This role involves partnering with senior leaders to define candidate profiles and develop effective search strategies. You will drive structured, high-quality interview processes and engage in executive-level screening conversations to assess leadership potential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own full-cycle recruiting for executive positions.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to define candidate profiles and search strategies.
  • Drive structured and high-quality interview processes.
  • Conduct executive-level screening conversations and evaluate leadership capabilities.
  • Build proactive talent pipelines for senior and difficult-to-fill roles.
  • Effectively sell the role and the company to potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Experience as an agency or in-house recruiter.
  • Proven track record of leading complex Director/VP searches.
  • Experience in recruiting within financial services, tech, or fintech is preferred.
  • In-house experience at high-growth or startup environments is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse ATS is preferred.
