Join our team as a School-Based Therapist, where you will deliver individual, group, and family therapy using a trauma-informed model. Collaborate with school staff to support student growth and coordinate care and referrals to community services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver individual, group, and family therapy.
  • Collaborate with school staff to support student growth.
  • Coordinate care and referrals to community services.
  • Maintain clinical documentation and attend regular team meetings.
  • Engage families through programs and parent groups as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience with children/adolescents with behavioral or emotional challenges.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
  • School-based or youth mental health experience preferred.
  • Licensure: LCSW, LMFT, or LPCC, or eligible in California.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and electronic medical records.
  • Clinician supervision and support.
  • Ability to work within a school-day schedule; no evenings or weekends.
  • Experience managing small caseloads within a collaborative culture.
  • Willingness to participate in ongoing training.
