Join our team as a Laser Production Technician for the Starlink project, where you will play a vital role in building high-quality electrical sub-assemblies and optical components. This position requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build small electrical sub-assemblies per work instructions to meet quality standards.
  • Perform optic assembly including epoxy application, UV curing, and oven curing.
  • Conduct fiber optic splicing and routing.
  • Operate automated equipment and perform maintenance and troubleshooting in collaboration with Engineering.
  • Maintain and calibrate lab equipment, ensuring tracking of calibration schedules.
  • Work in a clean room environment and follow strict cleanliness protocols.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1+ year of hands-on work experience.
  • 2+ years in electro-mechanical manufacturing or precision/high-volume manufacturing.
  • Proficiency with PC, Windows, and MS Office.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Experience setting up and running tests and experiments.
