We are seeking a proactive and experienced Sales Manager to lead our Southeast Asia and Greater China sales teams. This role involves partnering with sales leadership to support our hunter team in achieving sales goals while fostering career development and guiding team members toward success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the SEA hunter team in achieving sales targets.
  • Guide direct reports on career paths and development opportunities.
  • Identify and implement improvements in the sales cycle aligned with Remote values.
  • Collaborate with senior management and marketing to refine go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
  • Lead the hunter team in prioritizing accounts, metrics, and forecast accuracy.
  • Grow a global team maintaining high standards and promoting career progression.
  • Mentor direct reports on managing pipeline, opportunities, and closing sales.
  • Manage hiring and development of a distributed Account Executive team.
  • Provide leadership across multiple reports in a distributed setup.
  • Drive performance in a quota-carrying AE team focused on net new business.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Fluent in English with strong leadership skills.
  • Experience with Salesforce and other AE tools.
  • Ability to work from anywhere with flexible working hours.
