Fleetio is seeking a skilled Revenue Accountant to join our remote team. As a leader in modern fleet management software, Fleetio offers a dynamic, collaborative environment for professionals passionate about financial accuracy and process improvement. This full-time role is fully remote within the United States, providing flexibility and growth opportunities.

Job Overview
  • Manage and oversee revenue accounting processes for Fleetio's software solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial operations and reporting.
Key Responsibilities
  • Process and reconcile revenue transactions in accordance with GAAP and ASC 606.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue reports.
  • Support month-end and year-end close activities related to revenue recognition.
  • Identify and resolve discrepancies in revenue data and customer accounts.
  • Assist with external audits and regulatory compliance tasks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience with revenue accounting and SaaS business models.
  • Strong understanding of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition standards.
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
