Loom is seeking a talented Design Manager to lead and inspire our design team in the development of our market-leading screen and video recording software. This remote, full-time position is open to candidates located anywhere in the United States. Join us to help shape intuitive, delightful user experiences for millions of users worldwide.

Job Overview
  • Lead and mentor a team of designers in a remote environment.
  • Drive design strategy and execution for Loom’s product offerings.
  • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
  • Champion user-centric design and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Guide the design team in delivering high-quality UI/UX for web and mobile applications.
  • Establish and maintain design systems and standards.
  • Facilitate design reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to align on product vision and goals.
  • Support team growth through coaching and professional development.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in product or UX/UI design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital product design work.
  • Expertise in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills.
  • Experience working remotely with distributed teams is a plus.
