Key Responsibilities
  • Design and review consulting-style prompts, structured answers, and evaluation criteria for AI models.
  • Benchmark AI-generated responses against established consulting frameworks and real-world standards.
  • Provide structured feedback on response logic, clarity, and business rigor.
  • Conduct online research and synthesize insights from diverse sources to support evaluation tasks.
  • Collaborate with the AI research lab to refine and improve LLM capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience at McKinsey, Bain, BCG, or a similar top-tier consulting firm.
  • Strong analytical and online research skills.
  • Proven ability to synthesize insights from multiple data sets and sources.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
  • Expertise in management consulting frameworks and business analysis.
  • Ability to deliver high-quality work in a remote, asynchronous environment.
