Analyst Power Bi Remote Collaboration SAP Tableau Tech Support Troubleshooting

Join Data Meaning as a Level 1 Support Analyst specializing in SAP BW, Power BI, and Tableau. You will ensure the seamless operation and monitoring of critical reporting and data platforms, supporting business continuity across diverse client environments.

Job Overview
  • Provide first-line monitoring and support for SAP BW, Power BI, and Tableau platforms.
  • Execute standard operating procedures (SOPs) for incident handling and troubleshooting.
  • Work in rotational shifts, including night and weekend coverage for 24x7 monitoring.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure system stability and reliability.
Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor scheduled reports and data refresh activities on Power BI and Tableau platforms, performing retries and escalating unresolved issues.
  • Conduct routine health checks and job performance monitoring in SAP BW during business hours.
  • Document, track, and escalate incidents following defined protocols.
  • Participate in weekend SAP BW patching activities and post-patching monitoring.
  • Communicate status updates and incident resolutions to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
  • Basic knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, and SAP BW.
  • Ability to follow SOPs and standard troubleshooting steps.
  • Strong English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Previous experience in IT monitoring or support roles is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and resolve incidents.
