The Wikimedia Foundation is seeking a passionate Lead UX Designer for its Future Audiences team. Job Overview
  • Lead UX design initiatives for future audience engagement across Wikimedia projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the UX vision and strategy for new and diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, and researchers.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
  • Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the development process.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proven experience in UX design leadership roles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end UX design projects.
  • Expertise in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills in a remote environment.
