Key Responsibilities

  • Secure and steward strategic partnerships that generate revenue and impact.
  • Identify revenue opportunities across corporate, philanthropic, and public funding.
  • Explore earned revenue opportunities such as licensing and fees.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 8-10+ years in strategic partnerships or related fields in non-profit/CSR.
  • Post-secondary degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business Administration; MBA is an asset.
  • Proven success in securing and growing mission-aligned partnerships.
  • Experience with corporate CSR, ESG, sponsorship, or community investment teams.
  • Experience in supporting philanthropic, foundation, major gifts, or grant development.
  • Experience engaging senior corporate, foundation, or cross-sector stakeholders.
