Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the full sales cycle from opportunity identification to closure with merchants.
  • Expand share-of-wallet by integrating financial products into merchant strategies.
  • Design innovative treasury, FX, cash pooling, and credit facility solutions.
  • Collaborate with Product and Strategy teams to develop effective go-to-market plans.
  • Drive measurable impact for both merchants and Adyen’s growth objectives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Approximately 8 years of experience in banking, fintech, or treasury.
  • Proven track record of successfully closing complex enterprise deals.
  • Strong expertise in treasury and liquidity management, including FX, sweeps, and credit facilities.
  • Commercial and strategic mindset with the ability to translate challenges into actionable strategies.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, particularly with senior stakeholders.
  • Collaborative approach, working effectively across Account Management, Strategy, Product, and Leadership teams.
  • Builder mindset with a hands-on approach to uncover opportunities and drive growth.
  • Willingness to engage in hybrid work with opportunities for in-person collaboration.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.
