Job Overview

As a Finance Analyst - AI/ML Trainer, you will help advance AI models’ understanding of complex finance topics by creating, refining, and evaluating prompts and model responses. Your domain knowledge will ensure accuracy and depth in AI-driven finance solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate challenging and insightful prompts for AI training in finance topics.
  • Define and apply comprehensive scoring criteria to assess AI-generated answers.
  • Review and correct AI model responses using your finance expertise.
  • Collaborate remotely with a global team of specialists on diverse AI projects.
  • Adapt quickly to new tasks and follow complex project guidelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Finance or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of professional finance experience (e.g., Financial Forecasting, Risk Management, Investment Management).
  • Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage time, and meet deadlines in a remote setting.
