As the Head of Corporate Strategy, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the long-term strategic direction of the organization. You will lead corporate strategy initiatives and multi-year planning, focusing on identifying opportunities in AI infrastructure and GPU cloud technologies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own annual and multi-year strategic planning.
  • Identify AI infrastructure and GPU cloud opportunities.
  • Lead competitive intelligence to inform executive recommendations.
  • Partner with the CFO to align strategy with the financial model.
  • Drive cross-functional initiatives with CEO-level visibility.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, or corporate strategy.
  • Deep expertise in AI, cloud infrastructure, or data centers.
  • Ability to translate ambiguous strategic questions into boardroom-ready frameworks.
  • Experience leading large cross-functional strategic initiatives with C-suite accountability.
  • Familiarity with evaluating AI software, hardware, or infrastructure technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
