We are seeking a dedicated Corporate Recruiter (1099 Contractor) to execute and manage full-cycle recruiting processes. This role will strategically partner with operational hiring leaders to source, screen, and schedule candidates, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience through collaboration with People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting.
  • Partner with operational hiring leaders for strategic recruitment.
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates effectively.
  • Analyze interview data and manage the closing and offer process.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding through collaboration with People Operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for active roles.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience).
  • Experience in companies with 500+ employees, including international workforce.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Familiarity with job board platforms (Greenhouse preferred).
  • Experience working with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, and Okta.
  • Ability to work on a Macbook.
