The Business Recruiter will partner with leaders to define hiring needs and influence product outcomes. The role involves executing creative full-cycle candidate engagement while using talent market data to guide managers in hiring decisions. The ideal candidate will embed with business teams to build strong stakeholder relationships and share best practices to enhance the candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to define hiring needs and assess product impact.
  • Execute creative full-cycle candidate engagement strategies.

Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in high-volume recruiting, including G&A, Product, and Security.
  • Metrics-driven with the ability to use recruiting data for decision-making.
  • Proven relationship builder; proactive with managers and candidates.
  • Agency plus in-house recruiting experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS.
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and take ownership of roles.
  • Passionate about candidate experience and building relationships.
