We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Agency Manager for our home services division. This role involves overseeing the provision of in-home support and ensuring high standards of care and service delivery for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle requests for home assistance: assess needs and develop support plans.
  • Propose suitable aides to beneficiaries based on their specific needs.
  • Manage the intervention schedule for aides to ensure timely service delivery.
  • Supervise services provided and ensure quality and client satisfaction.
  • Maintain relationships with health and social care professionals.
  • Provide accurate reporting of actions to the agency.
  • Recruit and supervise home care aides.
  • Manage a team of home care aides effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in home services or with aides.
  • Or, hold a diploma in the health and social care sector.
  • Strong listening skills and customer service orientation.
  • High level of autonomy and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
  • Passion for improving the daily lives of individuals with reduced autonomy.
  • Proficiency with digital tools.
  • Valid driver's license (B).
