Key Responsibilities
  • Write secure, testable, and maintainable code while clearly communicating tradeoffs.
  • Contribute to design, scoping, and delivery processes with the team.
  • Own project outcomes and mentor teammates to ensure delivery excellence.
  • Operationalize LLM systems end-to-end with telemetry and guardrails.
  • Integrate LLM capabilities into the software development lifecycle (SDLC) with CI/CD and testing.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • BA/BS in Computer Science or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in software engineering.
  • Proven experience in designing and deploying production-grade LLM/agent workflows.
  • Experience building scalable, fault-tolerant systems.
  • Cloud infrastructure experience, preferably with AWS.
  • Fullstack skills in React, Node.js, and JavaScript.
  • High standard of technical judgment, innovation, and execution.
