Integration Tech Lead

We are seeking an Integration & Automation Tech Lead to define strategy and architecture for enterprise integration across Finance and Accounting. This role will involve architecting end-to-end integrations across various platforms including ERPs, CRM, procurement, and data systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Define strategy and architecture for enterprise integration across Finance and Accounting.
• Architect end-to-end integrations across ERPs, CRM, procurement, and data platforms.
• Leverage iPaaS, APIs, webhooks, and AI to automate workflows.
• Modernize CI/CD and release practices for integrations.
• Collaborate with Finance, Accounting, Engineering, and Product teams to enable insights and compliance.
• Act as a hands-on technical leader and mentor junior team members.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 10+ years in integration, enterprise architecture, or financial systems.
• Hands-on experience with at least one iPaaS (e.g., Boomi, Workato, MuleSoft).
• Strong knowledge of API integration (REST, SOAP, GraphQL) and authentication methods (OAuth, JWT, mTLS).
• Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle, NetSuite, Workday, and Salesforce.
• Familiarity with banking system integrations (SWIFT, BAI2, ISO 20022) and payment processors.
• Experience in data platform integrations (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks, Redshift) including bulk data and CDC.
