As a Senior Solutions Architect for Federal Civilian, you will serve as the technical point of contact for your accounts and account managers, building a comprehensive understanding of customers’ goals and articulating how our offerings address their needs. You will create and maintain strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations while actively participating in all planning and execution phases from discovery to technical win.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary technical contact for assigned accounts.
  • Understand and articulate customers’ goals and objectives.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customer organizations.
  • Participate in planning and execution phases from discovery to technical win.
  • Demonstrate Elastic products and solutions during sales meetings and events.
