We are seeking a Senior Research Associate in Platform Biology to drive genome engineering experiments aimed at target validation. This role involves executing barcoded pooled screening assays and supporting the development of innovative biochemical, cellular, and functional assays for our therapeutic pipeline.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute genome engineering experiments.
  • Execute barcoded pooled screening assays, including NGS library preparation.
  • Support the development of novel biochemical, cellular, and functional assays.
  • Maintain and transfect various mammalian cell lines.
  • Perform standard molecular biology techniques (e.g., PCR, qPCR, molecular cloning).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet company deadlines.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s in a biology-related field.
  • 2-4+ years of experience in pharma/biotech.
  • Gene editing experience in an industrial setting.
  • Strong molecular and cell biology knowledge.
  • Experience with mammalian cell lines.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
