We are seeking a dedicated Scientist for Product Development to design, develop, verify, and validate NGS/cfDNA assays. The ideal candidate will integrate automated workflows with LIMS (LabVantage) and conduct tests for integration. This role involves collaboration with biostatistics, bioinformatics, and lab operations teams to troubleshoot data effectively.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and execute moderate-to-high complexity experiments.
  • Analyze data using Excel/JMP.
  • Author Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), study reports, and transfer documents for production.
  • Train team members on new SOPs and automated workflows, providing troubleshooting assistance.
  • Multitask with precision and data-driven decision making.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • PhD with 2+ years or MS with 5+ years of industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience in nucleic acid extraction, PCR, NGS library preparation, and hybrid capture.
  • Experience with NGS, PCR/qPCR, and extraction/quantification techniques.
  • Proven ability to build automated workflows and LDT under CLIA/CAP.
  • Strong communication skills for authoring project plans, study protocols, and reports.
