We are seeking an Inside Sales Specialist / Lead Manager to join our fully remote team. In this role, you will convert inbound prospects into qualified leads through high-volume follow-up. You will be responsible for engaging with potential sellers and setting appointments for our Real Estate Consultants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Convert inbound prospects into leads with high-volume follow-up.
  • Answer inquiries from web chat and call centers.
  • Follow up after-hours and on missed calls aggressively.
  • Utilize text, email, and phone to reach prospective sellers.
  • Set appointments for Real Estate Consultants to continue the process.
  • Audit leads to ensure timely follow-up and proper assignment.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 2+ years in a high-volume inbound/outbound call environment.
  • Experience following up on leads to begin lead qualification.
  • Experience with consumers/homeowners (preferred).
  • Experience in real estate (preferred).
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
