We are seeking a Senior Analyst to manage and optimize our Sales Compensation plans for our dynamic SaaS company. This role is pivotal in calculating commissions for our sales team, ensuring timely payments, and maintaining data integrity within our CIQ/CaptivateIQ systems. The position collaborates closely with Rev Ops and HR Ops to enhance commission processes, contributing to a remote-first work environment across the US and Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and administer Sales Compensation plans.
  • Calculate and manage monthly commission payouts and incentives.
  • Ensure data integrity and handle inquiries related to CIQ/CaptivateIQ data.
  • Collaborate with Rev Ops and HR Ops for process improvements.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in sales compensation in a SaaS environment.
  • Strong knowledge of commission structures, including quotas and accelerators.
  • Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUPs.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Looker or Tableau.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • University degree or equivalent in business and/or commerce.
