As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is vital in implementing treatment and behavior intervention plans, collecting session data, and supporting the skill development of clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision
  • Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans

Requirements & Qualifications
  • Active RBT Certification
  • High school diploma
  • At least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
  • Organized, dependable, and open to feedback
  • Interest in behavioral health
  • Flexible scheduling

We offer competitive pay ranging from $25 to $35 per hour, along with opportunities to grow in ABA and behavioral health through supportive supervision and ongoing feedback.
