We are seeking a Refurbishment Technician to join our team, dedicated to refurbishing printers and components to meet factory standards. This role involves analyzing failure modes, supporting customer solutions, and performing maintenance on local printers. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and organized, with a passion for improving customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Refurbish printers and components to factory standards.
  • Analyze failure modes and troubleshoot issues.
  • Support customer solutions with parts requests and sourcing.
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on local printers.
  • Collect data and provide feedback for customer experience improvement.
  • Prioritize backlog of parts for analysis and refurbishment.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • High school diploma required; 4-year degree in electronics or technical field preferred.
  • Experience in manufacturing or related field (3-5 years).
  • Knowledge of additive manufacturing and electronics/soldering.
  • Familiarity with 3D CAD tools such as SolidWorks, Fusion360, or Onshape.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
