As a Can Line Mechanic, you will be responsible for maintaining high-speed can line equipment, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety and food manufacturing standards. You will play a crucial role in setups, changeovers, and precision adjustments to uphold seamer integrity. Collaboration with production, quality, and controls teams is essential to ensure seamless operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and repair can line equipment including sealers, fillers, packers, and conveyors.
  • Perform setups, changeovers, and precision adjustments for operational efficiency.
  • Complete preventive and corrective maintenance following OEM/plant standards.
  • Document work orders in CMMS and collaborate with various departments.
  • Assist with equipment rebuilds, overhauls, and line startups.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in food/beverage.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; double-seam certification preferred.
  • Experience with can line startups and commissioning.
  • Working knowledge of PLC and VFD systems.
  • Welding and machinery experience is a plus.
