We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our supportive outpatient orthopedic team at Benchmark and Upstream Rehab. As a PTA, you will deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist, helping patients improve their mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on, evidence-based care under licensed PT supervision.
Help patients improve mobility, strength, and function through individualized treatment plans.
Track patient progress and collaborate with your clinical team.
Foster positive relationships with patients, providers, and the local community.
Continue your professional growth through Upstream’s mentorship and learning programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
Active Oregon PTA license (or eligibility).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team.
Commitment to ongoing professional development and education.
