Partner Systems & AI Lead

We are seeking a Partner Business Systems & AI Operations Lead to manage and optimize our Salesforce partner data model and platform. This role involves overseeing the partner data governance, quality standards, and implementing AI automation across partner workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce partner data model end-to-end, including fields and governance.
• Administer the partner platform stack, including portal management and Skilljar integration.
• Define and implement partner data quality standards and checks.
• Instrument partner processes for health metrics such as cycle times and SLAs.
• Run access and configuration governance for partner systems, including changes and sandboxes.
• Build AI automation across partner workflows, including LLM triage and drafting.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in revenue, partner, or business systems with Salesforce admin/architecture.
• Experience owning a data model relied on by multiple teams to ensure a trusted source.
• Ability to translate program rules into schema, validation rules, and entitlement flows.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with LMS, PRM, or partner portal products.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI agents, including prompting and automation.
• Fluency with workflow automation tools such as Zapier, n8n, Make, and Workato.
