Global HEOR Lead

The Senior Director, HEOR for Acoramidis will define and lead the global HEOR strategy for the product, ensuring alignment with market access and payer strategies in rare diseases.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and lead global HEOR strategy for Acoramidis.
• Design and oversee real-world evidence (RWE) generation, economic models, and data partnerships.
• Develop payer readiness and prepare Health Technology Assessment (HTA) submissions.
• Lead HEOR publications and dissemination efforts.
• Drive patient-reported outcomes (PROs) and patient-centered outcomes initiatives.
• Collaborate with Market Access, Medical, Clinical, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Advanced degree (PhD, PharmD, MPH, MD, or equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in HEOR within biopharma or consulting with global leadership.
• Experience launching products and developing payer strategies in rare diseases.
• Knowledge of HTA processes: NICE, ICER, CADTH, G-BA.
• Proven expertise in RWE, economic modeling, and PRO strategy.
• Strategic and cross-functional leadership abilities.
