As a Senior Engagement Manager in Professional Services for Digital Native Business (DNB), you will lead large, complex cross-functional programs, acting as a trusted advisor to account teams and customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor customer sentiment and drive high satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 7-10 years running a Professional Services line of business.
  • 10+ years in senior customer-facing roles with a mix of influencing and execution.
  • Deep understanding of PS&T offerings, including partner funding (Microsoft, AWS, Google).
  • Strong knowledge of Databricks architecture, competitors, and migration benefits.
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale program plans and service delivery.
  • Ability to travel up to 25-50% as required.
