Abridge is seeking a Senior Employer Brand Storyteller to produce engaging content that resonates with tech builders in the field of AI in healthcare. This role involves defining and stewarding Abridge's employer story for technical audiences across various platforms, showcasing the healthcare landscape as an intriguing engineering challenge through compelling storytelling.

Key Responsibilities
  • Produce engaging content (writing, video) targeted at tech builders about AI in healthcare.
  • Define and steward Abridge's employer story for technical audiences on X, at conferences, and in communities.
  • Equip recruiters with effective language for senior builder conversations.
  • Ensure conference appearances are impactful with recaps and follow-ups.
  • Identify and amplify the voices of internal builders for AI/ML audiences.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Proven history of building technical content that is credible and concise.
  • Experience creating engaged, high-signal audiences.
  • Fluency in the AI/ML space and capability to discuss complex problems.
  • Natural community builder with the ability to form real relationships and trust.
  • Experience owning an employer brand or technical content in a growth-stage company.
  • Comfortable working without a playbook and capable of setting direction for a new role.
