CRM Manager Role

The CRM Manager will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end execution of CRM campaigns and managing lifecycle journeys across various channels including Email, SMS, Push, and App. This role entails collaborating closely with Design and Coding teams to ensure timely and accurate launches of campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own the execution of CRM campaigns and lifecycle journeys.
  • Manage and support CRM Associates by assigning work and providing coaching.
  • Ensure quality assurance (QA) oversight and launch approval for CRM initiatives.
  • Serve as the primary CRM partner for Design and Coding teams.
  • Define clear timelines, briefs, and execution standards for CRM initiatives.
  • Lead A/B testing and optimization efforts for campaign performance.
  • Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to stakeholders.
  • Maintain documentation, checklists, and best practices for CRM execution.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in CRM, lifecycle, or retention marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms like Iterable, Klaviyo, or Attentive.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing or mentoring CRM Associates.
  • Strong understanding of lifecycle marketing and journey automation.
  • Proven experience with QA processes and launch readiness.
  • Data-driven mindset with performance analysis experience.
  • Strong project management and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and accountability for execution quality.
