Skills Required: 1. Must be able to shoot your own footage/b-roll with your own phone/camera 2. Must be creative and able to come up with new ad concepts, hook ideas, captions, etc. 3. Top-Tier video editing capabilities, to edit raw footage from clients and turn it into an ad with motion graphics, effects, AI voiceovers, captions, etc. 4. Must be able to find and recruit UCG actors to be in your ads (we can give you guidance on this) Bonus: Experience making graphics is a plus. We are a small marketing agency servicing just a small roster of clients, looking to up our game being able to make new creatives for our Meta, YouTube, and TikTok ad accounts. We need someone who is very creative, and always looking for new ways to catch people's eyes and attention on social platforms. Using unique hooks, animations, graphics, effect, overlays, etc. To make ads stand out. Please send me a portfolio of your existing SOCIAL MEDIA ADS-RELATED work. I do not need to see wedding video or other video editing reels. Please put together some of the best ads you've made, and start your proposal with the word "Social" so that I know you read this posting and understand it. We are looking for someone to come on board for approximately $500 per month on retainer. We would typically need about 3-5 new ads per week. Depending on the complexity. We are looking for someone who can come on our team for a flat monthly retainer, where we can put in creative requests for video edits, and have someone we can count on to complete those requests, or come up with new versions or ideas for our clients to improve their ad performance.
