We are seeking a skilled Corporate Recruiter (1099 Contractor) to execute and manage full-cycle recruiting processes while strategically partnering with operational hiring leaders. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates, analyzing interview data, and managing the closing and offer process. Additionally, the recruiter will ensure a smooth onboarding experience through collaboration with People Operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute and manage full-cycle recruiting processes.
  • Strategically partner with operational hiring leaders.
  • Source, screen, and schedule candidates effectively.
  • Analyze interview data and manage the closing and offer process.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding experience through collaboration with People Operations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with cross-functional partners.
  • Deliver qualified and diverse candidate pipelines for active roles.
  • Network and build strong relationships internally and externally.
  • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement of recruiting processes.
  • Implement inclusive hiring strategies and best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3+ years of corporate recruiting experience (or a mix of corporate/agency experience; start-up experience is a plus).
  • Experience working with a company size of 500+ employees.
  • Ability to identify, engage, and close direct and passive candidates.
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple priorities.
  • Data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems, preferably Greenhouse.
  • Experience working with G-Suite, Slack, Jira, and Okta.
  • Comfortable using a Macbook.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and manage hiring initiatives effectively.
