About the Role: We’re looking for a highly skilled full-time copywriter to join Lanzi Media, a growing marketing agency based in Dubai. If you’re creative, detail-oriented, and can write compelling copy across multiple platforms, this is the perfect role for you. This is a dedicated, full-time position—we need someone who is 100% focused and not juggling multiple projects. What You’ll Be Writing: LinkedIn – Personal and company pages YouTube scripts Short-form video scripts (IG Reels, Shorts, TikTok – 30 seconds to 1 minute) Instagram Carousels – Write text for the design team to use Instagram static story content Video ad scripts for AI voiceovers Static ad copy Short threads & Twitter text posts What We’re Looking For: Flawless English – You must be an exceptional writer. Fast & Responsive – Deadlines aren’t optional. Our entire team depends on the copywriter to make and produce content. Creative & Strategic Thinker – We need unique, engaging content, not generic boring content. Strong Research Skills – ChatGPT doesn’t know everything. Our best-performing posts are the ones that a lot of research and planning went into. Marketing Knowledge – Understanding of branding, conversions, and social media trends is a plus. Problem Solver – Someone who takes initiative and finds solutions. Overdeliver Mindset – We go above and beyond for our clients.
