Controller Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Controller to lead our accounting operations and ensure compliance with public-company standards. This role will involve overseeing various aspects of accounting, driving systems evolution, and partnering with cross-functional teams to support strategic decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead accounting operations: GL, revenue recognition, fixed assets, leases.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close across entities and product lines.
• Drive systems evolution: automation, AI, and ERP optimization for accuracy and efficiency.
• Design and strengthen internal controls and policies for SOX compliance.
• Partner with Legal, FP&A, Operations, Supply Chain, and Treasury on strategic decisions.
• Manage external auditors and oversee annual audits and quarterly reviews.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive accounting experience in a high-growth technology company.
• Experience operating in or preparing for public-company standards.
• Deep expertise in US GAAP, including revenue recognition, fixed assets, and leases.
• Strong knowledge of internal controls and SOX compliance.
• Proven ability to build and scale accounting teams in fast-moving environments.
• CPA required; Big 4 background strongly preferred.
