We are seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) / Behavior Technician to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is essential in helping clients develop skills and promote positive behaviors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide ABA therapy under BCBA supervision.
  • Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans.
  • Collect and track session data.
  • Support skill development and promote positive behavior.
  • Share progress with your clinical team.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
  • Interest in behavioral health.
  • Willingness to complete RBT certification if not already certified.
  • Flexible scheduling.
