We’re looking for a Senior Unity Developer specialized in AR/VR to help us bring our virtual design and visualization products to life. Your work will directly influence how clients envision, explore, and interact with their future homes. Key Responsibilities: Develop high-quality, immersive AR and VR applications in Unity Indstry that allow clients to visualize custom home designs and features in real-time. Integrate and communicate with RESTful APIs to dynamically customize scenes, retrieve real-time data, and enhance the user experience. Collaborate with 3D artists, UX/UI designers, and product teams to create visually stunning and user-friendly experiences. Implement interactive elements, dynamic lighting, and real-time rendering solutions to enhance realism and user engagement. Optimize code, scenes, and assets for maximum performance across various hardware platforms, including VR headsets and AR-enabled mobile devices. Integrate third-party tools and SDKs, ensuring compatibility and maintaining best practices for AR/VR deployment. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical challenges related to rendering, physics, and user interactions. Keep up to date with emerging AR/VR tools, techniques, and trends, bringing innovative solutions to the team. Any other duties +/or responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications: 5+ years of professional experience in Unity development, focusing on AR/VR projects. Strong proficiency in C# and object-oriented programming concepts. Demonstrated experience working with RESTful APIs, including fetching and handling data within AR/VR environments. Proven track record with XR frameworks (e.g., ARCore, ARKit, OpenXR) and familiarity with hardware platforms like Oculus, HTC Vive, iOS and Android. Expertise in 3D asset integration, lighting, shaders, and particle systems within Unity. Excellent debugging and optimization skills, including knowledge of profiling tools and best practices for performance. Ability to work closely with a multidisciplinary team, providing technical insight and contributing to product strategy. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. A background in architecture, construction, or real estate visualization (a plus, but not required).
