We are seeking a Strategic AI Adoption Lead to drive the activation and success of our AI platform in the West region. This role involves understanding customer use cases and objectives, building custom AI solutions, and designing strategies to foster platform adoption.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own activation and platform success.
  • Understand customer use cases, objectives, and success metrics.
  • Build and co-develop custom AI solutions with customers.
  • Design and execute activation strategies that drive adoption.
  • Implement champion programs, office hours, usage dashboards, and trainings.
  • Build champion communities and power-user networks.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • At least 9 years of proven track record owning activation success and driving measurable adoption outcomes.
  • Deep experience understanding customer use cases and workflows.
  • Experience implementing activation strategies: champion programs, dashboards, and workshops.
  • Success building advocate networks and power user communities.
  • Ability to connect platform usage to business outcomes and articulate ROI.
  • AI and technical proficiency; ability to scope, design, and deliver custom solutions and demos.
