As a Social Media & Community Manager, you will lead our multichannel social strategy across platforms such as LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X. Your role will involve creating a cohesive narrative through an editorial calendar and enhancing AI search visibility through innovative distribution strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead multichannel social strategy across LinkedIn, YouTube, Instagram, and X.
  • Own editorial calendar for cohesive, high-signal narrative.
  • Architect AI-ready distribution to boost AI search visibility.
  • Lead employee advocacy to empower internal experts as thought leaders.
  • Optimize product campaigns in collaboration with product marketing and campaigns.
  • Coordinate the social proof program with Product Marketing Managers and video teams.
  • Provide B2B social expertise for SaaS or tech sectors.
  • Ensure editorial & narrative mastery for cohesive storytelling.
  • Facilitate project coordination between Campaign, Content, Video, and Product teams.
  • Write clear, engaging copy with exceptional communication skills.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in social media management tools.
  • Experience with analytics tools to drive data-driven growth.
  • Strong B2B marketing skills, especially in the tech or SaaS industry.
  • Excellent writing and editorial skills.
  • Ability to coordinate projects across multiple teams.
  • Experience in employee advocacy programs.
  • Familiarity with AI and its implications for social media.
  • Understanding of cohesive storytelling techniques.
  • Ability to scale employee programs effectively.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
