Senior Network Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Network Systems Engineer to design, implement, and support secure Operational Technology (OT) networks for SCADA and industrial control systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in network engineering, specifically within OT environments, and will play a key role in ensuring robust cybersecurity measures are in place.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support secure OT networks for SCADA systems.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot SCADA components such as HMIs, historians, and RTUs.
• Ensure effective communication across OT protocols including Modbus, DNP3, OPC, and Ethernet/IP.
• Collaborate with IT/OT teams and vendors for integration of SCADA with enterprise networks.
• Implement and maintain OT cybersecurity controls including segmentation, monitoring, and access management.
• Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) on OT/SCADA standards and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in network engineering within OT environments.
• Proven ability to design and implement OT and enterprise network infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with Fortinet and Cisco platforms, including FortiGate, FortiManager, switches, and routers.
• Knowledge of OT security standards such as NIST SP 800-82 and IEC 62443.
• Experience supporting and troubleshooting SCADA systems in production environments.
• Strong understanding of OT cybersecurity measures including segmentation, IDS, and secure remote access.
