We are seeking a Senior Paralegal specializing in Employment to collaborate with our Legal, People, and Compliance teams. The ideal candidate will help design and scale employment tools and processes, support investigations and litigation, and ensure compliance and risk mitigation across various jurisdictions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with Legal, People, and Compliance to design and scale employment tools and processes.
  • Support investigations, pre-litigation matters, and litigation with counsel.
  • Ensure compliance and risk mitigation with both internal and outside counsel.
  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, mobility, and lifecycle documentation across jurisdictions.
  • Assist in workforce expansion by drafting, reviewing, and maintaining employment documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop scalable resources and training.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience as an in-house paralegal at a fast-paced tech company.
  • Deep knowledge of US labor and employment law.
  • Experience supporting employment litigation, including discovery.
  • Familiarity with audits, government reporting, and internal investigations.
  • Strong organizational skills and proactive problem-solving abilities.
  • Enthusiasm for AI-powered products.
