The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) role involves working directly with children with autism in various settings, including home, school, or clinic. You will implement ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a BCBA, collect session data, and adhere to behavior intervention protocols.

  • Collect session data and follow behavior intervention protocols.
  • Support skill-building and reduce behaviors that interfere with daily life.
  • Communicate session progress with the supervising clinical team.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Certified Registered Behavior Technician.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle.
  • Well-organized, flexible, and receptive to feedback.
  • Willingness to complete training for the RBT role.
