The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) will work one-on-one with children in various settings including home, school, or clinic. This role involves implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and providing ABA therapy under their supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA programs as designed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Provide direct ABA therapy to children.
  • Collect and track session data to measure progress.
  • Share progress with the clinical team on a regular basis.
  • Maintain open communication and be receptive to feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Active RBT Certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
  • Organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
  • Interest in behavioral health.
  • Flexible scheduling to meet client needs.
