The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for implementing Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs designed by a supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role involves working one-on-one with children in various settings, including home, school, or clinic environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement ABA programs as directed by the supervising BCBA.
  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children.
  • Follow treatment and behavior intervention plans accurately.
  • Collect and track session data for progress evaluation.
  • Share client progress with the clinical team regularly.
Requirements & Qualifications
  • Active RBT Certification.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Must be organized, dependable, and open to feedback.
  • Interest in behavioral health and flexible scheduling.
  • Willingness to accept supportive supervision and ongoing feedback.
  • Opportunities for growth in ABA and behavioral health.
