The Recruitment Coordinator will manage the end-to-end interview process, ensuring smooth communication between clients and candidates. This role is essential for maintaining organization and efficiency throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
  • Own interview coordination end-to-end - booking, confirming, and managing logistics.
  • Handle all communication between clients and candidates post-submission.
  • Be CC'd into all submissions and proactively manage next steps.
  • Chase availability, schedule interviews, and manage calendars across time zones.
  • Ensure every candidate is fully prepared ahead of interviews.
  • Drive feedback loops with speed and clarity.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience in recruitment or a similar coordination role.
  • Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes.
  • Excellent multitasking and prioritization across time zones.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with candidates and clients.
  • Proactive, resilient, and solutions-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency with Outlook and Microsoft Teams; familiarity with Atlas and Claude.
