As a Property Claims Advocate at CLX, you will play a critical role in managing customer claims through effective communication and investigation. Your analytical mindset will help in evaluating facts of loss for settlements, while your organizational skills will ensure timely resolutions to claim inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding claims.
  • Evaluate and investigate facts of loss for accurate settlements.
  • Organize daily tasks to efficiently resolve claim questions.
  • Interpret insurance policies per state and clearly explain coverage.
  • Handle complex Contents and Loss of Use claims effectively.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 1 year of experience in property claim handling (including theft, water, fire).
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Desk management experience in claims handling.
  • Experience with large national property direct repair vendors and adjusting firms.
  • Familiarity with estimating software (Xactanalysis/Xactware) preferred.
  • Exposure to AI and technology at Lemonade.
  • License support available within 3 months.
  • Commitment to growth and a learning culture.
