Key Responsibilities
  • Run lifecycle campaigns across email using Customer IO & HubSpot
  • Lead continuous test-and-learn programme with hypotheses and results

  • Report on campaign impact and commercial outcomes
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 4-7 years of hands-on lifecycle experience
  • HubSpot proficiency: build workflows and sequences from scratch
  • Experience in B2B or complex multi-stage lifecycle (freemium, subscription, PLG)
  • Commercially wired — pipeline, conversion, revenue focus
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and lack of a fully formed playbook
