The Diagnostic Service Technician (Heavy-Duty Class A Diesel) will perform both offsite and onsite diagnostic and repair work on heavy-duty commercial vehicles. The role requires diagnosing and maintaining various systems including aftertreatment, engine lights, A/C, electrical, and lighting systems using OEM diagnostic software and tools.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform diagnostic and repair work on heavy-duty vehicles.
  • Diagnose and maintain aftertreatment, engine lights, A/C, electrical, and lighting systems.
  • Utilize OEM diagnostic software/tools such as Cummins, PACCAR, Snap-on, JPRO, and ECT.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with fleet managers or clients.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Valid Class A driver's license (preferred).
  • Proven heavy-duty diesel technician experience (≥5 years).
  • Strong problem-solving and mechanical skills.
  • Experience in diagnosing and repairing a wide range of heavy-duty vehicle issues.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and punctuality.
